Which Group is Right for Participants?
Perimenopause Group (6:00 PM):
Best for those who have not had a period for a full calendar year, as they are likely in menopause.
Menopause Group (7:00 PM):Recommended for most women under 50, unless they are certain they are already menopausal. This includes those who:
- Have irregular periods
- Have had a hysterectomy
- Use an IUD, had an ablation, or have other cycle-related disruptions
Session Overview
Each 1-hour educational session will cover:
- Understanding Hormonal Health: Recognizing common signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances and related health concerns
- Management Strategies: Effective management strategies, including lifestyle adjustments and medication options, Over-the-counter approaches for symptom relief and how to choose the right products
- Guidance on Seeking Help: When to seek medical advice for persistent or concerning symptoms
- Interactive Q&A: A moderated 15-minute question-and-answer period

What is the difference between the Perimenopause and Menopause groups?
The Perimenopause group is for women beginning to experience hormonal changes—such as irregular periods, cycle disruptions due to an IUD, or post-hysterectomy effects—while the Menopause group is designed for women who have not had a period for a full calendar year and are experiencing full menopausal symptoms.
When and where are the sessions held?
Sessions are scheduled for March 11, 2025. The Perimenopause group meets at 6:00 PM and the Menopause group at 7:00 PM, both conducted online via Google Meet. You’ll receive the meeting link once you register.
How much does each session cost?
Each 1-hour session is priced at $30. Payment is processed securely through our JaneApp registration portal.

Allie Kusnierczyk, NP—a seasoned hormone specialist and nurse practitioner with a holistic approach to women’s health—will lead the sessions, sharing evidence-based insights and practical strategies.
