Psychiatric Medicine & Medical Support for Your Mental Health
Collaborative, evidence-based medication management for ADHD, Trauma, Addiction, Trauma, Bipolar, Perinatal, OCD, addictions, eating disorders, and Complex Mental Health.
The Problem
When Willpower Isn't Enough.
The Struggle
Mental health isn’t just “in your head”—it’s biological. You might be doing the work in therapy, but still feel like your brain chemistry is fighting against you. Maybe you are stuck on a waitlist for a psychiatrist, or you feel like your current medication regimen is a “best guess” rather than a tailored plan.
The Reality
You need answers, not just another referral letter. Whether it’s sudden-onset symptoms in your child (PANS), lifelong focus issues (ADHD), the weight of complex trauma, struggle with your relationship with food, the uncertainty is paralyzing.
The Pivot
We offer a direct medical pathway. Our Nurse Practitioners work alongside our psychologists to assess, diagnose, and treat the physiological side of your mental wellness. We combine medical expertise with a therapeutic lens to ensure you feel safe, seen, and supported.
The Level Up Approach (Our Methodology)
The "Therapeutic Medical" Model
How We Work
We do not replace your therapist; we partner with them. Our medical team focuses on diagnosis and medication management (prescribing) to support your therapeutic goals. Uniquely, our team includes providers with dual training in nursing and counselling, ensuring your medical appointments are trauma-informed and emotionally safe.
Why It Works
Medication management shouldn’t be transactional. We take the time to understand your history, your fears about medication, and your specific goals. When we prescribe, it is based on your symptoms and not a “one size fits all approach”. We monitor closely for side effects and efficacy, adjusting the plan as you evolve.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
For a full list of questions and answers, see our FAQ page.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is necessary. You can book directly with our medical team.
Can the Nurse Practitioner diagnose ADHD?
Yes. Our NPs are trained to assess and diagnose ADHD and can initiate treatment, including prescribing stimulant medication if appropriate.
What is the difference between this service and a Psychiatrist?
A Psychiatrist is a medical doctor specializing in mental illness covered by AHS (often with long waitlists). Our NPs are private medical providers who can diagnose and treat many of the same conditions much sooner. While we manage complex conditions, we are not an inpatient crisis facility. We also spend more time with you, understanding your symptoms and your needs.
Do you offer a full psychiatric assessment?
Yes, we offer comprehensive psychiatric assessments, but please note that only specific Nurse Practitioners on our team have the advanced training and authorization to conduct these specialized evaluations. If you require this service, please mention it when booking your initial session so we can match you with the appropriate provider.
Pricing
Most medical services start at $400/hour
Specialty programs or assessments may carry an additional cost. Your NP can discuss the specifics with you in your first session.
Please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage for private Nurse Practitioner services. As some insurance plans are beginning to offer coverage, we encourage you to discuss this service with your provider and advocate for its inclusion in your plan or for direct billing options.
We offer third-party billing options; please contact our Client Relations Team for more information.
