General Requirements

Current and valid licensure/registration in good standing with your professional governing body (e.g., CAP, ACSW, CRNA).
Active Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $5 million per occurrence.
A clear Police Information Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (dated within the last 12 months).
A commitment to our integrated care model and a willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
Understanding and experience with the technology and digital tools required to do your best work.
Understanding of the relationship of a contractor in a professional setting.
