Level Up Wellness Group | Integrated Health Clinic & Health Hub
More Than a Clinic. A Movement Toward Whole-Person Care.
Level Up Wellness Group is a fully integrated health clinic and hub that brings mental health, medical care, and specialized therapies together under one roof. We provide personalized care for individuals and families across Canada who deserve more than fragmented, one-size-fits-all healthcare.
Our Mission
A Comprehensive Health Clinic Built Around You
Level Up is more than a clinic, it’s a movement. We integrate physical and mental health in one inclusive, affirming space, grounded in lived experience and built for those who have been misunderstood or overlooked by the traditional healthcare system.
Our vision is simple: Maximizing Human Potential.
As a true integrated health centre, every practitioner under our roof works toward that same goal, for every person who walks through our door.
Our Story
Why We Built a Different Kind of Health Hub
Source of Inspiration
Level Up Wellness Group was born from a painful reality: the traditional healthcare system is deeply broken, fragmented, and built in silos. When individuals and families face complex health challenges, they are often forced to become their own case managers, jumping from office to office and carrying the isolating weight of trying to bridge the gap between their mental and physical health completely alone.
Personal Journey
Our founder and CEO, Dr. Melody Morin, lived this exact reality. As a Registered Psychologist and a mother navigating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, PANDAS, and ADHD within her own family, Dr. Morin experienced firsthand how fragmented and impersonal conventional care can leave families feeling lost. That deeply personal journey, combined with nearly 30 years of professional clinical expertise, sparked a realization: no one should have to walk this road alone. This journey inspired the founding of Level Up Wellness Group.
Foundation of a Movement
That hard-won lived experience became the foundation of a movement. Today, Level Up is an inclusive, deeply affirming holistic wellness centre, purpose-built for people who have been misunderstood, overlooked, or left behind by conventional, siloed care.
What Makes Level Up an Integrated Health Clinic
One Team. One Roof. One Coordinated Plan.
Multi-disciplinary Team
Under Dr. Morin’s leadership, we believe true wellness cannot be achieved in isolation. To maximize human potential, we actively dismantle traditional medical silos by operating as a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team in healthcare. Our practitioners don’t work behind closed doors. We work together, under one roof, looking at the whole picture of a person’s life rather than a checklist of isolated symptoms.
Coordinated Care
A client may walk in with what looks like a mental health concern and leave with a referral to a nurse practitioner for a hormonal imbalance that was driving the symptoms all along. Our providers share charts, communicate by email, and meet in regular case consultations, weekly and monthly, to discuss complex cases together. That is the difference between a comprehensive health clinic and a single-provider office: nobody falls through the cracks, because nobody is working alone.
Integrated Health Centre
This is what we mean when we say Level Up is a true health hub and integrated health centre: a single, connected destination where mental health, medical care, assessments, and specialized therapies all talk to one another, instead of leaving you to coordinate your own care.
A Holistic Clinic Organized Around Six Pillars of Care
How Our Holistic Health Clinic Is Structured
Level Up Wellness Group is organized around six pillars of care, each staffed by specialists, not generalists, so that no matter how complex your case is, there is a deeply trained holistic health practitioner ready for it.
Mental Health & Counselling Therapy
Our team of registered and provisional psychologists and counselling therapists offers individual, couples, and family therapy. We provide specialized programs dedicated to supporting OCD, trauma, ADHD, and 2SLGBTQIA+ clients.
Psychological Assessments & Diagnostics
Our registered psychologists provide comprehensive ADHD, Autism, OCD, and psycho-educational assessments, expertly designed to uncover crucial insights and catch what previous providers may have missed.
Medical Care & Functional Health Team
Our nurse practitioners and psychiatric nursing team deliver primary care, hormone support, metabolic care, and medication management, collaborating directly with your therapy team rather than working completely separately from them.
Naturopathic & Holistic Medicine
Our naturopathic doctors and holistic medicine practitioners offer acupuncture, physical therapy, and chiropractic care, integrating true holistic medicine into a coordinated plan alongside your medical and mental health providers.
Occupational Therapy & Life Skills
Our occupational therapists help clients of all ages build the practical skills needed for daily independence, providing comprehensive and personalized support from early childhood right through to adulthood.
Professional Mediation & Family Support
Professional mediators and family counsellors support families through separation, divorce, and conflict, utilizing the exact same evidence-informed, whole-person lens that is applied everywhere else across our clinic.
Holistic Wellness, Defined
We Treat the Whole Person, Not Just the Symptom
We guide every client through the seven dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, and environmental. These dimensions are profoundly interconnected, and when one area suffers, the whole person suffers.
This is the heart of what holistic healthcare means at Level Up. It is not an alternative to evidence-based medicine, it is a wider lens layered on top of it, one that asks not just what symptom needs treating, but what is happening across someone’s whole life that brought them to us in the first place.
Holistic Care for the People Traditional Systems Overlook
Built for the Misunderstood and the Overlooked
Your Story Matters
Our clients often arrive disillusioned. They’ve been told their bloodwork is fine when they don’t feel fine. They’ve been bounced between providers who don’t talk to each other. They’ve carried a diagnosis for years that never quite fit. Many come to us from marginalized and historically underserved communities, including 2SLGBTQIA+, transgender, and neurodivergent clients, and those navigating women’s health concerns that have too often been dismissed elsewhere.
Our Team Harmony
We are not a team of generalists working individually. We are a team of specialists working in harmony. Each holistic practitioner on our team brings deep, niche training to the areas we work in, because being a generalist is not enough for the complex cases that walk through our doors. Whatever your age, background, or diagnosis, our goal is the same: to make you feel heard, seen, and understood, often for the first time in your healthcare journey.
Our Values as a Holistic Wellness Centre
Our Guiding Principles
Six values drive every decision we make, from how we hire to how we treat the person sitting across from us.
Care
We meet people exactly where they are, with warmth and without judgment.
Fun
Even through the heaviest parts of the healing journey, we make intentional space for fun and lightness, because healing should feel human and accessible.
Innovation
Our team stays current with the latest research and clinical training, rather than relying on outdated, one-size-fits-all approaches.
Empowerment
We treat clients as equal partners, stripping away clinical jargon to give people the tools and honesty they need to reclaim their own health.
Inclusion
Level Up is women-led and proudly 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly, and we are committed to culturally responsive, affirming care for every client who walks through our door.
Transparency
From pricing to diagnosis to treatment planning, clients deserve to understand exactly what is happening in their own care.
Evidence-Based, and Evidence-Informed
Why We Use Both Models of Care
Level Up Wellness Group is grounded first in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP): the best available clinical research, used to guide every diagnosis and treatment plan.
Our team also draws on Evidence-Informed Practice (EIP), a complementary approach that adds clinical expertise, lived experience, and a client’s own values and context into the decision-making process.
In practice, this means our practitioners never apply research mechanically. A treatment plan grounded in EBP is then shaped by EIP, by a practitioner’s accumulated clinical judgment, and by what actually matters to the client, so the plan fits a real life, not just a textbook case. We unpack this distinction further in our FAQ section below.
Dr. Melody Morin, Registered Psychologist & Founder
The Clinician Behind the Health Hub
Dr. Melody Morin is a Registered Psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience in mental health, and the founder and CEO of Level Up Wellness Group. She holds an Executive MBA, an MSc, and a BA, and has spent over 17 years leading clinical, organizational, and entrepreneurial work in mental health service delivery.
Dr. Morin personally interviews and selects every provider who joins Level Up, and continues to mentor clinicians across the clinic in specialized areas including Adult Autism and ADHD in females, OCD, and PANS/PANDAS. She is part of the International OCD Foundation’s provider network and regularly attends conferences, such as the Annual International OCD Conference in Chicago, alongside ongoing certification training in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
Her own journey as a mother navigating OCD, PANDAS, and ADHD within her family is the reason Level Up exists. It’s why every pillar of this clinic, from Psychology to Naturopathic Medicine to Occupational Therapy, is built to talk to every other pillar, so families never have to navigate alone.
In the News and at the Podium
Recognized Voices in Alberta Healthcare
Our team’s expertise extends beyond our clinic walls. Dr. Melody Morin and Allie Kusnierczyk were featured in Canadian Affairs, discussing the gaps that remain in menopause care coverage even after recent breakthroughs.
Jenny Taylor, MSW, RSW, a Registered Provisional Clinical Social Worker on our team, presented on domestic violence screening in family law at the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts Alberta Chapter’s 2026 conference.
Dr. Morin has also presented through Psych Connect at the University of Alberta, continuing Level Up’s commitment to advancing the field of integrated, holistic care, not just practicing within it.
What It Feels Like to Walk Into Level Up
Designed to Feel Like Relief, Not Another Appointment
We know our clients have often had negative experiences with healthcare before they find us. That’s why the experience of being at Level Up matters as much as the clinical care itself. Our space is intentionally designed to feel more like a calming retreat than a clinical office: considered music, scent, a snack bar, and a tone of voice that puts people at ease from the moment they walk in.
It’s not uncommon for a client to leave their first appointment in tears of relief, or to hug their therapist on the way out. That reaction, feeling truly heard for the first time, is exactly what we built this holistic healing practitioner model to create.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and Evidence-Informed Practice (EIP)?
Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and Evidence-Informed Practice (EIP) are both frameworks used to guide clinical decision-making, but they place different weight on different types of information.
EBP leans most heavily on the best available quantitative research, often large clinical trials, as the primary basis for treatment decisions. EIP takes a broader view: it still values that same research, but blends it with a clinician’s hands-on professional judgment and a client’s own values, culture, and lived context, so care adapts to the real person in front of the provider, not only the average result of a study.
At Level Up, EBP is our foundation. Every treatment plan starts with what the research supports. From there, our practitioners also draw on EIP, because two clients with the same diagnosis rarely need the exact same plan.
For a deeper, peer-reviewed look at this distinction, see this overview from the National Institutes of Health (PMC).
What is an integrated health clinic, and how is it different from a regular doctor's office?
An integrated health clinic brings multiple types of healthcare providers, mental health, medical, and specialized therapy, together under one roof, with shared communication between them. At a typical doctor’s office, your physician usually works in isolation from your therapist, naturopath, or specialist. At Level Up, our multidisciplinary team in healthcare actively shares charts, case notes, and treatment plans, so your care is coordinated instead of fragmented.
What does "holistic health" actually mean?
Holistic health means treating a person’s physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational, and environmental well-being as connected, rather than isolating one symptom at a time. At Level Up, our holistic health practitioners use this wider lens alongside evidence-based clinical research, not instead of it.
Does Level Up Wellness Group offer virtual and in-person appointments?
Yes. Level Up offers both in-person care at our Beaumont, Alberta location and secure virtual appointments across Alberta, Yukon, Ontario, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia, so clients can access our holistic wellness centre no matter where they live.
Who is a good fit for Level Up's holistic medicine practitioners?
Level Up is built for individuals and families who feel unheard or under-served by conventional, single-provider care, particularly those navigating complex, overlapping mental and physical health concerns, neurodivergence, or marginalized identities. Our holistic medicine practitioners specialize in cases that don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis or a single discipline.
Is Level Up Wellness Group covered by insurance?
Many services at Level Up, including sessions with Registered Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, and Naturopathic Doctors, may be eligible for coverage under extended health benefits. Coverage varies by provider and plan, so we recommend checking with your insurer directly. Our Billing Information page outlines what to expect.
Do I need a referral to see a provider at Level Up?
No referral is required for most services. You can book a complimentary 20-minute virtual meet and greet directly through our website to be matched with the right provider for therapy or assessment services. For medical services, including our Nurse Practitioner and Naturopathic team, please contact our Client Relations team directly to get started.
