About Tianna
Tianna Torgerson serves as part of our Client Relations Specialist team, bringing a warm personality and a genuine passion for connecting with and helping people. Her primary role is to ensure every client feels heard, supported, and confident in their care journey with us.
Tianna’s professional background is both extensive and diverse, equipping her with a unique skill set. She has led teams in the fast-paced hospitality industry and served as a Correctional Peace Officer at Provincial Correctional Centres. This experience, supported by a diploma in Correctional Services from Grant MacEwan University, has honed her exceptional ability to read situations, de-escalate conflict, and remain calm under pressure.
Beyond her unshakeable composure, Tianna has a proven track record of leadership and community involvement. She has managed teams where she was instrumental in creating more respectful and safer work environments. As a Volunteer Coordinator, she has also built lasting relationships with vital community organizations like The Stollery Children’s Hospital and The Edmonton Humane Society.
When she’s not in the office, Tianna loves spending time outdoors with her fiancé and their dog, Jessie. She also has a deep appreciation for animals, including a lifelong passion for horses and her three cats.
