You control your clinical boundaries. We match you with clients that fit your specific skills and passions.

Set Your Hours

Providers have total autonomy over your schedule. Work mornings, evenings, weekends – build the calendar that works for you.

Home-like Offices

We ditched the sterile, fluorescent-lit clinic vibe for comfortable, welcoming space.

Define Your Specialty

You do the clinical work; our dedicated Client Relations team handles schedules, billing, and admin heavy lifting.

Casual Attire

We believe in professional but relaxed atmosphere. T-shirts and jeans are just as welcome as a suit and tie.

A Message from Dr. Melody Morin

CEO & Founder

At Level Up Wellness Group, we are building something different. We are more than a clinic, we are a movement toward care that is connected rather than fragmented, human rather than transactional, and grounded in meaningful transformation.

And we are growing.

In the coming months, we are expanding our team with more than 15 new clinical roles. This growth reflects both the demand for integrative, relationship-centered care and our commitment to building a team of exceptional professionals who want to practice differently.

We are intentionally creating space for clinicians and team members who:

  • Believe care should be collaborative, not siloed
  • Value depth, excellence, and continuous growth
  • Want to be part of something innovative and purpose-driven
  • Are energized by building, shaping, and leading within a forward-thinking organization

This is not simply hiring. This is expansion with vision.

We are scaling thoughtfully, strengthening our multidisciplinary model, expanding service offerings, and deepening our impact in the communities we serve. Every role we add is part of a larger mission: to redefine how mental health and wellness care is delivered.

If you are looking for more than a job, for a growing organization that prioritizes integrity, innovation, and meaningful clinical work, we invite you to explore our open positions and grow with us.

The future of integrative wellness care is being built here.

Are we a match?

We take our work seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our culture is built on six core values: Care, Fun, Innovation, Empowerment, Inclusion, and Transparency. We practice from a neurodiversity-affirming perspective and have zero tolerance for discrimination.

You’ll fit right in if you are a talk-out-loud thinker who loves peer consultation, values lived experience as much as clinical research, and isn’t afraid to proactively present solutions. We want team players who are dedicated to building up their own practice while supporting the success of their colleagues.
