Christian Counselling and Therapy
Faith-Informed Healing and Evidence-Based Care
You shouldn’t have to leave your faith at the door to receive high-quality mental health support. We provide a safe, empathetic space where your spiritual values and your emotional well-being can heal together with Christian Counselling and Therapy.
Align Values with Your Healing Journey
For many individuals, couples, and families, faith is the foundation of their lives. When facing life’s emotional, relational, or psychological challenges, it is incredibly important to work with a therapist who understands, respects, and integrates your Christian worldview into the healing process.
Many people hesitate to seek therapy because they worry a secular therapist might misunderstand or dismiss their faith. Conversely, they might worry that a Christian counsellor won’t offer practical, clinical tools. At Level Up Wellness Group, we bridge that gap.
Whole-Person Care That Honours Faith
Christian-focused therapy with our team is not about judgment, rigidity, or simply telling you to “pray more.” Instead, it is a collaborative, client-centered approach that blends specialized clinical training with faith-informed perspectives.
We look at the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Whether you are navigating marriage struggles, parenting challenges, or individual trauma, we support you at your own pace, ensuring you feel genuinely heard and valued.

Common Questions About Christian Therapy
Honest answers to the questions we hear most often regarding Christian Counselling and Therapy.
Do I have to belong to a specific denomination to receive care?
Not at all. We welcome individuals and families from all Christian backgrounds and denominations, as well as those who are currently exploring or questioning their faith. Christian Therapy is a space for your values, and we meet you exactly where you are.
Will Christian Therapy just consist of prayer and scripture reading?
No. While prayer or scripture can absolutely be incorporated into your sessions if you request it, our primary role is to provide clinical psychological care. We use evidence-based therapeutic methods (like CBT and the Gottman Method) to help you process trauma, improve communication, and manage mental health symptoms, all while honouring your Christian worldview.
What if only one person in our marriage wants Christian-focused therapy?
It is very common for couples to have different spiritual backgrounds or different levels of faith engagement. Our therapists are skilled at creating a neutral, respectful, and safe environment where both partners feel equally validated and supported without anyone feeling alienated.
Compassionate, Relational Care
Our team includes therapists with specialized graduate training in relational healing, attachment, and family systems, allowing us to offer thoughtful and holistic care for those who value spiritually integrated counselling.
We believe that healing begins in a safe, non-judgmental environment. If you are looking for a Christian-informed therapist for your child, your teen, yourself, or your marriage, we would be honored to walk alongside you.
