Balance Your Body. Reclaim Your Vitality.

Comprehensive hormone therapy, TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) and metabolic support for Menopause, Andropause, and Weight Management.

The Problem

It's Not "Just Aging." You’re not lazy, you’re dealing with real symptoms that are disrupting your life.

The Struggle

Brain fog. Unexplained weight gain. Fatigue that coffee can’t fix. Changes in your hair, skin, or libido. You’ve likely been told, “It’s just part of getting older,” or “Your labs look normal,” leaving you feeling unheard and stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like yours or “low drive, reduced performance, and loss of motivation”.

The Reality

“Normal” is a wide range; “Optimal” is a feeling. Hormonal imbalances affect your energy, your mood, and your long-term health. You aren’t imagining these symptoms, and you don’t have to just “live with it.”

The Pivot

We listen to the whole story. Our Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) and Metabolic Health programs (TRT, Testosterone Replacement Therapy) use comprehensive blood work and detailed symptom analysis to help you feel like yourself again.

The Level Up Approach (Our Methodology)

Data-Driven, Holistic Care

How We Work

We look at hormones holistically—thyroid, sex hormones, cortisol, and metabolic markers. We operate on a “Bloodwork First” model for our hormone programs, ensuring we have objective data to guide our initial conversation. Even if your labs are “normal,” your hormones may not be optimal for how you want to feel and function.

Why It Works

Hormones don’t exist in a vacuum. By addressing thyroid function, insulin resistance, and sex hormones together, we create a plan that supports your total vitality, not just one symptom.

Who It's For

  • Women navigating Perimenopause, Menopause, or PCOS.
  • Men experiencing fatigue, mood changes, or Low Testosterone.
  • Individuals seeking medical support for weight management.
  • Trans and gender-diverse adults seeking affirming care.
  • For many men, the first sign something is off isn’t just fatigue or weight gain,  it’s changes in sexual performance.

Our Hormone & Metabolic Services

Women’s Hormone Health

Reclaim your balance through evidence-based care.

  • Conditions: Perimenopause, Menopause, PCOS, PMDD, and thyroid optimization.
  • Treatment: Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), lifestyle modifications, and targeted supplementation.

Men’s Hormone Health

Restore your energy and drive. If you’ve noticed a drop in energy, strength, focus, or drive, you’re not alone. Men are often told “that’s just what happens after 40.”

  • Conditions: Assessment and treatment for Testosterone Deficiency (Low T), addressing fatigue, libido, mood, stubborn belly weight gain, loss of muscle and endurance, brain fog and poor concentration, reduced performance and lower motivation, mood changes, low testosterone and erectile dysfunction

Metabolic Health & Weight Management

A medical approach to body composition and metabolic stability.

  • Support: Comprehensive review of metabolic markers (insulin, blood sugar).
  • Intervention: Prescribing and management of GLP-1 agonists (weight loss medication) as part of a broader health strategy.

Erectile Dysfunction May Be a Hormone Signal

Erectile dysfunction is often connected to more than stress or aging. For many men, it can be an early sign that something deeper is out of balance.

Hormonal changes, low testosterone, poor circulation, insulin resistance, and metabolic dysfunction can all play a role in erectile health and sexual performance.

The good news: ED is not something you simply have to “live with.” With comprehensive testing and personalized treatment, it can be an opportunity to restore confidence, vitality, and long-term wellness.

Gender-Affirming Care

Safe, respectful, and affirming medical support.

Services: Hormone therapy initiation and maintenance for trans and gender-diverse adults (18+).

Osteoporosis & Bone Health

Proactive protection for your future.

  • Services: Early detection and management of bone density issues, including medication and lifestyle plans to prevent fractures.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

For a full list of questions and answers, see our FAQ page.

Do I need blood work before I see you?

Yes. For our Hormone Health program, we operate on a “Bloodwork First” protocol. You must complete our intake form and have your labs done before your first full consultation so we can make the most of our time together.

Yes. We prescribe both Transport Canada approved bioidentical hormones and compounded options, depending on your specific needs and coverage.

Hormone therapy is a medical treatment. We conduct a thorough risk assessment (reviewing family history, clotting risks, etc.) to ensure it is safe for you.

In many cases, yes. Especially when low testosterone or hormonal imbalance is contributing to reduced libido, performance, and sexual function.

Not always. ED can be related to blood flow, stress, medications, metabolic health, or hormones. That’s why comprehensive testing is important.

Even men who exercise and eat well can experience hormonal or metabolic shifts. ED can sometimes be an early signal of underlying imbalance.

ED becomes more common with age, but it is not something you simply have to accept. Identifying root causes can often lead to meaningful improvement.

When properly prescribed and closely monitored, testosterone therapy can be safe and effective. Ongoing lab work and medical oversight are essential.
