Hi there! I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master’s degree with a clinical speciality and over 20 years of experience in human services. I’ve had the opportunity to work in healthcare, crisis intervention, and family court, and I’ve seen firsthand how challenging life’s journey can be. That’s why I approach therapy with compassion, understanding, and without judgment—my goal is to help you find clarity and healing, no matter what you’re facing.
I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help guide you toward the changes you want to see in your life. I work with individuals on a range of challenges, including co-parenting and family dynamics. I understand that navigating co-parenting can be tough, and I’m here to help you improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and create a positive space for both you and your children.
