FAQs

What is the difference between the Perimenopause and Menopause groups?

The Perimenopause group is for women beginning to experience hormonal changes—such as irregular periods, cycle disruptions due to an IUD, or post-hysterectomy effects—while the Menopause group is designed for women who have not had a period for a full calendar year and are experiencing full menopausal symptoms.

Sessions are scheduled for March 11, 2025. The Perimenopause group meets at 6:00 PM and the Menopause group at 7:00 PM, both conducted online via Google Meet. You’ll receive the meeting link once you register.

Each 1-hour session is priced at $30. Payment is processed securely through our JaneApp registration portal.

Allie Kusnierczyk, NP—a seasoned hormone specialist and nurse practitioner with a holistic approach to women’s health—will lead the sessions, sharing evidence-based insights and practical strategies.

Currently, the sessions are open to residents of Alberta and Ontario. If you’re located elsewhere, please contact us for information about future sessions or alternative options.
