About Mitchell

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to visit my bio! My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that our minds and bodies are deeply interconnected, and lasting change comes from therapy that considers both during our time together.

Building on more than a decade of clinical experience, I’ve learned that therapy is most effective when it is flexible and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). If you’re curious how these approaches might fit your goals, I’d be happy to talk through your questions during a free consultation.
