I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist , under the supervision of Dr. Melody, Dr. Mercy, and Mitchell, with over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families in various facets. With a background in coaching, group home support, and summer camp leadership, I have developed a compassionate, flexible, and adaptable approach to mental health care. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and am deeply committed to continued learning and professional growth. I recently moved to Beaumont from a very small town and am thrilled to be part of the community. I grew up a competitive gymnast and look forward to utilizing the nearby clubs for adult gymnastics classes. When I’m not at the office, I may be curled up with a good book, baking, or enjoying the outdoors (if it isn’t too cold out).
Above all, I believe in the power of creating a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space where you can explore their thoughts, feelings, and goals at your own pace. In our work together, you are the expert on your own life. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, ensuring that your voice is central to the therapeutic process. Whether you’re navigating challenges or seeking personal growth, I will listen closely to your needs, and together we will find the best path forward.
Recognizing that every person’s journey is unique, I tailor therapeutic approaches to meet each individual’s specific needs, goals, and strengths. Drawing from a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), it is my goal to ensure that treatment is both relevant and effective for you.
I am committed to working with individuals from all walks of life, understanding that each person brings a unique set of experiences and challenges. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds and believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to explore their thoughts and feelings, no matter what they may be facing. With this in mind, I am flexible in adapting therapeutic techniques to best suit your personal situation.
Your mental and emotional well-being is a priority, and I am here to provide a compassionate, supportive environment for you to feel heard, valued, and empowered. If you’re considering therapy or would like to learn more about my approach, please feel free to reach out with any questions. I am here to listen, and I look forward to working with you in a way that feels right for you.
