Role Summary:
The Vice Chairperson supports the Chairperson in their duties and steps in to lead when the Chairperson is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chairperson in planning and running board meetings.
• Oversee subcommittees or specific projects as assigned.
• Act as a backup representative for the Foundation.
• Contribute to strategic planning and governance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership or governance role.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Foundation’s mission and programs.
