Role Summary:
The Vice Chairperson supports the Chairperson in their duties and steps in to lead when the Chairperson is unavailable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chairperson in planning and running board meetings.
- Oversee subcommittees or specific projects as assigned.
- Act as a backup representative for the Foundation.
- Contribute to strategic planning and governance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or governance role.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Foundation’s mission and programs.
