Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to check out my bio! I have worked as a dietitian for over a decade and more recently expanded my knowledge into the field mental health. I have realized over the years that mental health and nutrition are very intimately connected and rely on one another to excel! Whether you have specific nutrition concerns related to a condition, or if you are looking to improve your relationship with food and body, I would love to help. My focus is on intuitive eating and mindful eating – helping others to connect to innate cues of hunger and fullness and learning to respect what our bodies want and need, all while helping people disconnect from diet culture.
From a mental health perspective, I’m here to listen to your story and help you rebuild a new one! I mostly use elements of mindfulness, attachment theory, CBT, and narrative therapy in my approach – I admit, it’s a bit eclectic. More than anything, I’m interested in hearing what you have to say and doing everything I can to make you feel safe, heard, and validated. Before we are able to change our story’s ending, we need a safe place to share where our story began and that’s what I hope to do for my clients!
