Harriet, the lead of our psychiatric nursing team, collaborates with our clinical pharmacist to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of mental health conditions, including prescribing medication when necessary. She also offers support to families dealing with PANDAS/PANS suspicions.
Recently, she has worked in with the Adult Mental Health Crisis team (Access 24/7) and Police and Crisis Team (PACT) in Edmonton. She completed her Masters in Nursing in the Family /All Ages Clinical stream in 2023. She also holds a position as a Nurse Practitioner in internal medicine at one of Edmonton’s Hospitals.
Her philosophy is to provide holistic care to individuals to empower them to obtain improved happiness and healthiness.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, especially outside with a coffee at one of Edmonton’s dog parks.
